Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful hands-on account management experience in an agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or in a related field
- Experience being seen as a leader in your team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings, present performance data confidently, and implement effective tactics to drive results
- Experience with project management systems such as Asana, Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp
- Genuine interest in the advertising and agency space and a willingness to learn and grow
