Job Description
The Group Leader is responsible for supervising DSP Staff, overseeing activity classrooms, and ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of individuals with autism. The role requires implementing treatment plans, maintaining certifications, and handling client billing information.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- 1-2 year experience working with Developmental Disability/Autism populations
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record (highly preferred)
- Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb. items
- Punctuality and regular attendance
