Requirements
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
- Three+ years of experience in a leadership capacity in healthcare industry or senior living industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Meet the state's minimum requirements of education/experience for Assisted Living Communities
- Bachelor's Degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area
- Background in financial management, including budget preparation, cash flow management, and analysis of financial reports
- Proficient in cloud based operating systems, document management portal, internet browsing, email/Outlook and Microsoft applications like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Safe driving record and valid driver's license
