Job Description
QTC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of its People & Culture systems and core enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will have experience managing complex technology initiatives and strong project governance skills.
Requirements
- Strong capability in project governance, budgeting, risk and quality management
- Experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally within finance or banking environments
- Experience delivering HR systems/HRIS, Treasury Management System (TMS) uplift and/or testing automation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
