Requirements

Qualified solicitor with strong academic credentials and currently registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority
Three or more years of legal experience as a practicing lawyer working in a construction/infrastructure transactional practice
Hands-on, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to take initiative with no direction
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Box, Workday, DocuSign
Excellent analytical, time-management, judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities and demands on time
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong integrity and independence of mind
