Job Description
The Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) is responsible for leading and managing the design, pre-construction and construction activities on a given project. This includes creating and communicating updates on development program & project status, working with stakeholders and teams to create a master development program, and managing entitlement and permitting needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to be on site in West Texas 100% of the time
