Environmental Health and Safety Manager

The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all EHS programs across QTS Data Centers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and fostering a culture of safety and awareness.

Requirements

• Develop and implement EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all EHS programs
• Conduct and review audits of EHS programs, making recommendations for improvement
• Investigate and analyze incident reports involving work-related injuries and illnesses and recommend preventive measures
• Identify operational EHS and sustainability risks, analyze their potential business impact, and develop programs to mitigate them
• Assess EHS training needs and ensure the provision of necessary workforce training activities
• Lead the site EHS champions in the successful implementation of EHS programs
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents
• Set, manage, and track corporate-wide EHS goals
• Establish a performance dashboard highlighting key EHS indicators
• Foster a culture of EHS awareness and drive safety performance throughout the organization
