The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all EHS programs across QTS Data Centers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and fostering a culture of safety and awareness.
Requirements
- Develop and implement EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all EHS programs
- Conduct and review audits of EHS programs, making recommendations for improvement
- Investigate and analyze incident reports involving work-related injuries and illnesses and recommend preventive measures
- Identify operational EHS and sustainability risks, analyze their potential business impact, and develop programs to mitigate them
- Assess EHS training needs and ensure the provision of necessary workforce training activities
- Lead the site EHS champions in the successful implementation of EHS programs
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents
- Set, manage, and track corporate-wide EHS goals
- Establish a performance dashboard highlighting key EHS indicators
- Foster a culture of EHS awareness and drive safety performance throughout the organization
