The Procurement Operations Analyst is responsible for the supplier management lifecycle and support of supplier-facing applications. This role will function as the central point of contact for suppliers, and QTS employees who desire to initiate a new supplier relationship or update an existing supplier relationship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations or Finance.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply-Chain, Account Management, or other roles demonstrating relationship building and maintenance.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, reasoning skills, and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Inquisitive in nature.
- Ability to apply change management and consulting skills/knowledge and expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker, high degree of business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
- Self-motivated and goal driven.
