Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to work from our Overland Park, KS office, providing legal entity level financial & accounting analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting.
• Two or more years of experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas.
• CPA
• Three or more years of experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas.
• Experience in public accounting at a Big 4 firm.
• MBA, or graduate finance related degree.
• Workday or other large ERP systems experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• A strategic thinker with an understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial processes.
• Professional agility.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with automated accounting systems.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to partner across internal departments.
