Quad’s Corporate Trainee Program provides immersive experiences for Trainees in project management, business acumen, and leadership skills. Trainees will participate in 6-month rotations across key business functions, learn about Quad's operations, and gain practical experience to prepare them for impactful roles within the organization. The program offers mentorship, leadership development, and personalized career paths.
Requirements
- Recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (applications are accepted up to 9 months in advance).
- Willingness to relocate to different Quad sites within the U.S. for six months or more.
- A strong interest in gaining a broad understanding of business operations.
- Legal right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Graphic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or Packaging.
- Proactive mindset and drive to solve challenges creatively
