Inserting Operator

Quad is looking for experienced Inserting Operators to ensure effective operation, safety, quality, production, training, and basic maintenance of inserting equipment.

Requirements

• Reads and understands Job Instructions, Formatted sample, machine templates, and Make-ready/sign-off procedures
• Performs Daily Preventative Maintenance on assigned inserter equipment
• Responsible for the safe and effective operation of assigned insert equipment
• Performs Quality Checks on products
• Provides training and direction to newly hired or promoted insert crewmembers
• Responsible for maintaining production standards
• Follows all established safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintains job-related records and inputs production into Quad systems as required
• Manages self-development
• Actively participates in safety programs, follows safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe work environment
