We are looking for a General Director for a medium-sized production and project organization in the north of the Netherlands. The role involves providing direction to both strategy and daily operation, focusing on results, and bringing structure and clarity to the organization.

Requirements

• Proven end responsibility (preferably as General Director or similar role)
• Experience within a production and/or project-based environment
• Strong commercial insight, combined with financial awareness
• Experience with recovery, restructuring or improving performance
• Hands-on leadership style; visible and involved in the operation
• Able to give direction, make choices and create ownership within the organization
• Affinity with the construction or technical sector is an advantage
