Requirements

• Review and understand all resident individual service plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental and social condition
• Complete all forms to include but not limited to incident reports
• Assist with resident mealtimes
• Maintain resident clothing and closet in neat and orderly manner
