Caregiver

Caregiver position available at Quail Park of West Seattle, with a pay range of $21.30-24.04/hour depending on experience. Evening shift position requires providing personal care assistance to residents, observing changes in condition, and completing documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred but not required
• Ability to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, and O2 Sat or ability to learn
• Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials
• Must maintain current Food Handlers credentials
• Must maintain annual Continuing Education Credits
• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and team members
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors and other team members
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Must meet all health-related requirements pertaining to state licensure
