Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Quail Park Residences of Visalia Memory Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide safe, dignified, and high-quality care to residents in a warm, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

Requirements

• Current LVN License in good standing with State Licensing Authority
• Experience with training, mentoring, or team development preferred
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, electronic documentation)
• Ability to monitor resident health conditions and ensure safe care delivery
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, physicians, and regulatory agencies
• Ability to maintain required Continuing Education credits, CPR Certification, and Food Handlers Card
• Must meet all state health clearance requirements
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check
