Βusiness Analyst for Business Application Consulting

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Application Consulting Services team, ensuring the optimal delivery of Qualco software products and client satisfaction. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in implementing projects, optimising business processes, and driving value at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• A BSc in Engineering, Finance or Business Management
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or software application consulting in the Banking or Finance Industry
• Business knowledge of the financial industry, with a focus on Debt Management business processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multinational teams
• Proven client-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Competency in technical training and presentations
• Ability to travel within Europe (up to 50% travel)
• Fluency in English, with outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in other languages (French, Italian or German) would be considered an asset
• PMI-PBA or CBAP certification will be considered an asset
