Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field; and MSc would be an asset;
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or capability building roles;
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design;
- Experience with learning technologies and digital content creation tools;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret learning analytics;
