Packaging Systems Engineer

This role focuses on driving improvements in packaging systems, component design, and manufacturing processes. The engineer will support projects from early concept through full implementation, including evaluation, design, testing, and post-launch optimization.

Requirements

• Analyze current packaging operations to identify opportunities for improved quality, efficiency, compliance, and cost savings
• Introduce and implement new materials, technologies, or methods within existing packaging systems
• Update and refine processes to align with regulatory standards or accommodate new components
• Define project objectives and assess multiple solution pathways
• Develop actionable project plans, timelines, and priorities
• Lead execution of smaller projects or key segments of larger initiatives
• Investigate process issues and implement both immediate fixes and sustainable long-term solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and resolve operational challenges
• Ensure all activities adhere to cGMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards
