Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custom power distribution equipment projects from initial sales opportunity through final shipment and project closeout.

Requirements

• Manage projects from requirements capture through engineering, procurement, production, testing, shipment, and closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with sales, application engineering, design engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor critical milestones
• Establish realistic delivery timelines based on material availability and production capacity
• Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain action item tracking
• Manage customer change requests, engineering changes, and schedule impacts
• Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FATs), documentation packages, and shipment readiness
• Identify project risks early and drive proactive resolution
• Maintain accurate project reporting, schedule tracking, and on-time delivery metrics
