Senior Manufacturing Project Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to oversee complex custom manufacturing projects involving electrical power distribution equipment. This role will be responsible for coordinating all phases of project execution, ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

What You Will Do

Direct the execution of custom-engineered manufacturing projects from project launch through final delivery and completion. Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, electrical systems, or electromechanical environments
• Experience managing custom-built or engineered-to-order products
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, production planning, and material coordination
• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, engineering documentation, and electrical schematics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, and quality
• Proficiency with ERP platforms and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar software
