Job Description
Manage structural steel fabrication and erection projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing structural steel fabrication or erection projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of structural steel processes and industry standards such as AWS and AISC
- Experience coordinating with fabrication teams, field crews, and subcontractors
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing budgets and project costs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
- Experience with Tekla Structures or Tekla PowerFab is a plus
