Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our San Ramon-based team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients experiencing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping them regain communication skills and improve overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home health or adult rehabilitation preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Experience with EMR systems (WellSky or similar) preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
