Requirements
- Managing the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting and closing new clients to growing and maintaining existing relationships
- Running outbound and inbound sales activities (phone, email, social media) to generate new business opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Onboarding and managing newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth transition into long-term partnerships
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize customer value
- Conducting regular client engagement activities (calls, meetings, on-site visits) to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Customer Care, Supplier Sales, Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful service delivery
- Maintaining a clean and updated CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline, forecasts, and account activities
- Providing reliable forecasts and visibility on both new business and account expansion opportunities
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities
- Acquiring expert knowledge of the auditing, supplier risk management industry, and Qualifyze’s value proposition
