Senior Accountant

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to help build a scalable, high-performing finance function in a fast-growing international environment. The role involves owning key accounting processes end-to-end, from closing activities to optimizing AR and AP, and bringing structure, clarity, and smart improvements along the way.

Requirements

• Completed Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or a similar degree in Accounting & Finance, or a comparable qualification, focusing on HGB and Umsatzsteuer.
• Knowledge of IFRS or US-GAAP is a plus.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, with exposure to month-end or year-end closing tasks.
• Experience with accounting on ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and an independent, structured way of working.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Spanish skills are a plus.
