As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and validation of transistor-level analog/mixed-signal blocks for our QLX300 hardware platform.
Requirements
- Performing detailed transistor-level circuit design, including design capture, simulation, layout design, layout guidance, and design documentation.
- Designing and developing system architecture for ultra-low-power Analog applications.
- Participating in system-level modelling and simulation design activities.
- Supervise and guide layout engineers to achieve optimal layout for performance, parasitic, and manufacturability.
- Conduct post-layout simulations and validate circuit performance against specifications.
- Lead and participate in design reviews, providing expert feedback to improve designs and processes.
- Collaborate with test engineers to define test plans and provide support for silicon validation in the lab.
- Mentor junior designers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Drive innovation by exploring new design methodologies, process technologies, and tools.
- Ensure documentation of all design activities, processes, and results for internal and external stakeholders.
