JT420 - MANUFACTURING PROCESS TECHNICIAN NS

Quality Consulting Group is seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Technician to join their team in New Albany, OH. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and 1-3 years of experience in GMP, Medical Device, or Biotech Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Operate automated and innovative manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform problem-solving skills
• Maintain machine uptime and perform fault clearing
• Assist in the review of documentation for assigned areas
• Assist as training resource on manufacturing tasks and equipment use
• Use human machine interfaces to identify alarms and correct line stoppages
• Carries out equipment inspections and generates emergency, corrective, or preventative work orders
• Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for mechanical errors, safety issues or general operating inefficiencies
