Job Description
Quality Production Services, Inc. (QPS) is seeking a Senior Drywall Estimator to review and analyze bid invitations, assess project scope, and generate detailed bid estimates for construction projects. The role involves maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with management, and ensuring accurate and timely bids are submitted. QPS specializes in drywall and metal stud framing, with expertise in commercial projects.
Requirements
- Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications.
- Identify and communicate trade scope gaps and missing information.
- Lead pricing of general expenses and project-specific requirements.
- Assist in preparing final tender documents.
- Review bids, evaluate performance, and select the best trade contractor pricing.
- Supervise and mentor direct reports.
- Develop strong customer-focused relationships with trade contractors.
