Qualys is seeking a talented Associate Corporate Counsel/Corporate Counsel to join its collaborative legal team, providing thoughtful legal solutions to challenging business questions.

Requirements

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team
• Deliver training and guidance on legal issues, best practices, and company policies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to provide strategic and practical legal advice to business stakeholders
• Establish processes and select tools to support the scaling organization
• Provide legal guidance on various privacy regulations
• Identify, develop, and execute general process improvements to help drive legal department efficiency
