We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through offboarding, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a People Operations and/or HRIS role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, including data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance requirements, and recordkeeping standards, with the ability to ensure accuracy and confidentiality across all People Operations activities
