Requirements

• Trained in electronics (BTS, DUT, Professional License or equivalent)
• Comfortable with wiring, soldering, and workshop equipment
• Experienced in prototyping, workshop, or production, with a rigorous and quality-oriented approach (R&D or startup experience is a plus)
• Flexible / execution-oriented, able to adapt to project priorities, act effectively, and gain autonomy over time
• Comfortable in professional English (B1/B2 level)
