Job Description
The Mixer Operator will mix and process compounds through the mixer within allowable specifications, operating assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to lift bags weighing a maximum of 55 lbs. The operator will work in a team-oriented environment with a dynamic culture and people.
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends as needed
- Close visual work required
- Knowledge of general computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and use upper extremities while occasionally sitting, crouching, and bending
- Ability to climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds and perform necessary job tasks
