Job Description
Quanex is looking for a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota. The role involves managing direct reports, mentoring, discipline, performance monitoring/appraisals, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in machine-driven manufacturing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- 3+ years in a role leading people required
- Supervisory experience preferred
