Collection Agent

As a Collection Agent at Quant Greece, you will play a vital role in mitigating risks by actively pursuing overdue payments, reducing the company's exposure to bad debt, and interacting with bank debtors, customers, and regulatory bodies in a compliant manner.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer
• Familiarity working with a dialer system
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results orientation, accountability and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines
• Good command of English
• Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask
