Financial Advisor

As a Financial Advisor, you will play a vital role in mitigating risks by actively pursuing overdue payments, and thereby reducing the company's exposure to bad debt. You will be responsible for high-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors, identifying customer's needs and payment ability, and ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer
• Familiarity working with a dialer system
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results orientation, accountability and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines
• Good command of English
• Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask
