HR Business Partner

Quantanite is a global customer experience and digital solutions partner that blends cutting-edge AI with the human touch. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our operations in Mumbai/Thane.

Requirements

• Completed secondary schooling
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partner role
• Working knowledge of performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
