Job Description
QuantCo is seeking an AI Engineer to build cutting-edge systems bridging the gap between advances in frontier model technology and real-world impact. The role involves designing, building, and implementing AI systems for inference optimization, scalable systems design, and human-computer interaction, working with both data scientists and clients to deliver impactful solutions. The team combines technical deep learning and engineering expertise with entrepreneurial thinking.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Experience with Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Graph Neural Networks
- Experience writing production-ready code (Python)
- Familiarity with Frontier APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Understanding of LLM inference considerations (input vs. output tokens, prompt caching)
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, cloud infrastructure, machine learning)
- Experience working with large, unstructured data sets
