Legal Counsel

Quantexa is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded lawyer to join our high-performing Legal team as a trusted partner to the General Counsel. This role supports a wide range of legal matters across our fast-growing, international business and offers real exposure to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience, either in-house or in private practice
• Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to identify and communicate legal risks clearly and propose pragmatic, business-focused mitigation strategies
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts in an international context
