Packaging Operator

The Packaging Operator is responsible for safely operating packaging equipment while ensuring the highest integrity of the customer's product. This role focuses on preventing contamination, adhering to standardized processes, and meeting customer requirements.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of Warehouse experience
• 6–12 months of Operations experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to last-minute schedule changes
• Flexibility to work with different crews as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
• Ability to lift 55 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
