AI Engineer WatsonX.Assistant

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with expertise in IBM WatsonX Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven conversational solutions to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven conversational agents using IBM WatsonX Assistant.
• Customize and optimize chatbots for various use cases, including customer service, support, and automation.
• Integrate WatsonX Assistant with other enterprise systems and APIs.
• Develop and train machine learning models to improve chatbot performance.
• Continuously refine and optimize NLP (Natural Language Processing) algorithms for better understanding and response accuracy.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze chatbot interactions to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement conversational flows and dialogues that align with business objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration of WatsonX Assistant with existing workflows and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WatsonX Assistant-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of deployed solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Train end-users and stakeholders on WatsonX Assistant functionalities and best practices.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
