Job Description
The Senior Communications Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leasing wireless telecom sites within a specified search area. This includes coordinating with RF Engineers, Planning and Construction personnel, and negotiating lease agreements with landlords.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, real estate, economics, or other related field
- Minimum of 5 years of site acquisition experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications industry
- Ability to work with RF Engineers, Planning and Construction personnel
- Negotiation skills to secure lease agreements with landlords
