As Head of IT, you will lead and develop the IT function, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure and services that support the company's operations, engineering teams, and business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT leadership or senior IT management roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Experience managing corporate IT environments, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, access management, and IT governance.
- Experience implementing and managing IT service management processes (ITIL or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing IT teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical teams.
