Prototyping Technician Teamlead (m/f/d)

As a Team Lead in the Prototyping Technician Team, you will play a key role in driving the development of Quantum-Systems' next generation of products. You will lead and empower a team of technicians, ensuring the rapid and high-quality execution of prototype builds, testing, and refinement of innovative concepts.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in prototyping, system integration, or test environments (ideally in aerospace, robotics, or similar fields)
• Proven experience leading or coordinating technical teams in fast-paced development settings
• Solid understanding of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and basic software integration)
• Ability to translate engineering concepts into practical build and test solutions
• Structured and pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on execution and results
• Experience with agile development processes and iterative prototyping cycles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between engineers and technicians
• High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
