Senior Treasury Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Treasury Manager, you will take full ownership of building and scaling the company's Treasury function from the ground up, creating full transparency on cash positions, liquidity, and financial risks, and ensuring that cash is managed in a targeted and value-accretive way.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Treasury, with strong exposure to cash management, liquidity planning, and FX
• Experience in building or significantly improving treasury structures and processes
• Hands-on experience with TMS implementation or optimisation
• Strong understanding of FX risk management and hedging strategies
• Analytical, structured, and able to operate independently in a build-up environment
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
