Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, receiving, storing, and issuing materials and goods in the warehouse.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and storage procedures.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with labeling, defect identification, and packaging principles.
• Experience with modern ERP systems and warehouse equipment is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Professional skills of communication in English or German
• Ukrainian language as a significant plus
