Job Description
The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated packaging equipment used in the bread production process, ensuring product quality, food safety, and production efficiency.
Requirements
- Support General Plant Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety policies
- Operate bread packaging machines, including slicers, baggers, sealers, and labeling equipment
- Inspect packaged products for proper sealing, labeling accuracy, and product quality
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
