Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager seeking an AWS Infrastructure Engineer. The role involves designing, building, and supporting cloud infrastructure to meet diverse business needs, promoting a cloud-first approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with trading, research, and other business teams to implement cloud services and improve IT operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring and performance tuning in a cloud environment
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
