Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity lifecycle management solutions. This role involves collaborating with technology, HR, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance and drive automation. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in IGA platforms and a commitment to security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in identity governance or a related IAM role.
- Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.
- Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and AD group structures.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
