Operations Associate

Join Qube Research & Technologies as an Operations Associate in London, supporting the managed account platform and ensuring the integrity of post-trade processes, reconciliations, and external vendor oversight.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an operations or middle office role within a financial institution
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of multiple asset classes, particularly equities, ETFs, FX, cross-currency swaps, and futures and options
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
