Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to create high-quality predictive signals by leveraging large datasets. This role involves generating strategy research, implementing signals within the global execution platform, monitoring model performance, and contributing to the overall company strategy. QRT emphasizes a scientific, technology-driven approach to investing and fosters a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering).
- Strong knowledge in statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI.
- Coding skills (Python, R, Matlab, C++, C#, or C#).
- Experience with large datasets and multi-tasking.
- Strong communication skills with technologists, data scientists, and traders.
- Proven track record in delivering successful systematic strategies.
