Join our Paris team as a Strategic Projects Lead, leading high-impact initiatives across the firm, partnering closely with senior leadership to structure complex problems, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across major business units
• Support business development efforts with key internal and external stakeholders
• Structure complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable execution plans
• Participate in technical deep dives (architecture, tooling, automation) when required
• Prototype lightweight solutions where appropriate
• Bridge research, technology, and business teams to accelerate impact
• Handle high-level administrative and operational topics when required
• Ensure strong follow-through across stakeholders and projects
• Travel occasionally to support key initiatives
